Patients in the immunology space often face significant delays in diagnosis due to fragmented touchpoints, limited communication between systems, and unmet emotional and practical needs across the journey.
I led a multi-phase initiative using human-centered design, persona development, journey mapping, and digital strategy to identify barriers and co-create scalable, patient-first solutions.
